- Identifiers & Contact: name, email, phone, city/state, IP address, device identifiers.
- Application Intent: funding goals, business intent, survey responses, estimates you provide (e.g., FICO range).
- Transactional/Service: appointments, communications, support notes.
- Internet/Device: page views, referral URLs, browser/device, approximate location, cookie IDs.
- Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): We do not request government IDs or full account numbers in our public forms. If SPI is later required to process credit-related services, we will provide specific notices and collect only as permitted by law.
Sources
Directly from you (forms, survey, calendar booking, calls/SMS/email), automatically via cookies and analytics, and from service providers or partners in compliance with applicable law.

- Provide, operate, and improve the Services; qualification and routing (funding vs. credit restoration).
- Communicate with you (transactional updates, scheduling, service notices).
- Marketing and remarketing (with consent where required); personalization and analytics.
- Fraud/security monitoring; compliance with legal obligations and enforcement of our terms.
5) Sharing & Disclosures
We share information with:
- Service Providers/Processors: CRM, scheduling, form/survey, email/SMS, analytics, and hosting platforms that process data on our behalf under contracts.
- Partners/Referrals: With your direction or consent, e.g., referring you to credit or funding partners.
- Legal/Compliance: To comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, or in a business transfer.
Sale/Share (CPRA): We do not “sell” personal information for money. We may “share” limited identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by CPRA. You can opt out (see Rights below).
6) Cookies, Analytics & Do Not Track
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential operations, performance, and marketing. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and opt out of certain third-party tracking where offered. At this time, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

California (CCPA/CPRA)
- Right to know/access, delete, correct, and portability.
- Right to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” of personal information and limit use of SPI.
- Non-discrimination for exercising rights.
EEA/UK (GDPR)
- Rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability; right to withdraw consent.
How to exercise: Email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” and your request type. We will verify and respond as required by law.
Opt-out of sale/share (CPRA): Email us with subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
8) Security & Retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No system is 100% secure. We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law, typically up to 4 years from last interaction unless a longer period is justified (e.g., compliance).
9) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it.

We are U.S.-based. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data protection laws.
11) Marketing, Emails, SMS, TCPA & E-Sign
- Email: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in the message. Transactional/Service emails may still be sent.
- SMS/Calls (TCPA): By providing your number, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls and texts about your inquiry and related services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message/data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out; HELP for help.
- E-Sign: You consent to receive notices and disclosures electronically.

We may update this page periodically. If we make material changes, we will post the update date at the top and, where required, provide additional notice.

Acceptance
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
Changes to Services/Terms
We may modify the Services and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Accounts & Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your accounts and devices.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive use.
- No interference with or disruption of the Services, or circumvention of security.
Advisory Disclaimers
- No Guarantees: Credit outcomes, approvals, and funding amounts are not guaranteed. Results vary by profile and market conditions.
- No Legal/Financial Advice: Content is for informational purposes only and not legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult your advisors.
Fees, Billing & Cancellations
Any fees will be disclosed prior to purchase. Unless otherwise stated in an order form, services are cancellable at any time, and amounts already paid for services performed are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
The Services, content, logos, and trademarks are owned by Fundhub or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
User Content & Testimonials
By submitting content (e.g., reviews, testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and service delivery, subject to applicable law and your privacy rights.
Third-Party Links & Services
We may link to or integrate with third parties (e.g., scheduling, forms, credit bureaus). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNDHUB LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fundhub LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNDER THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. YOU AND FUNDHUB WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Venue for arbitration will be Hardee County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending a written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of your first use of the Services after the Effective Date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Severability; Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Fundhub regarding the Services.
