Full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the program content. After that window, tuition is non-refundable except as stated below or required by law.
These are digital programs. Once substantial content is consumed or templates are downloaded, the product has been delivered. The programs have not opened yet, so no content has been delivered to anyone. Submitting an enrollment request on this site does not charge you and is not a purchase.
Email support@fundhubeducation.com from your enrollment email with the subject "Refund Request" and your order details. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If tuition was financed at checkout, an approved refund is applied against the financing balance per the checkout provider's process; their terms govern the mechanics of the reversal.
Duplicate or erroneous charges are corrected promptly. Contact us with the transaction details and we will correct it promptly.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We resolve legitimate billing issues quickly, and a direct request is almost always faster than a card dispute.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the laws of your state or country. Where such laws provide greater rights, those laws control.
