These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of Fundhub Education programs offered by FUNDHUB LLC ("we," "us"). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms.
Fundhub Education programs are self-paced online educational programs: video curriculum, document templates, checklists, and updates. They are education only. We are not a lender, we provide no financing ourselves, and these programs are not credit repair services. We do not perform disputes, applications, or any services on your behalf within these programs. You do the work yourself.
We make no promises about credit scores, approvals, funding amounts, or financial results. Outcomes depend on your circumstances and your own actions.
Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased program for your own use, including lifetime updates to that program. Sharing access, reselling, or redistributing program materials is prohibited.
Tuition is stated at checkout. Where 12-month financing is offered, it is provided by our checkout provider under their own terms and subject to their approval; we are not the financing provider.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Read it before enrolling.
Once a student portal is open (none is open today), you agree not to misuse it, attempt to access other students' accounts or materials, or use program content to misrepresent our services.
All program content, templates, and materials are the property of FUNDHUB LLC or its licensors. Your license to use them is limited to your own personal education.
Programs are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a program will not exceed the tuition you paid for that program, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
