These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the fundhub.ai website and the services provided by FUNDHUB LLC ("Fundhub," "we," "us"). By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Fundhub is a business financing advisory and referral service. We help business owners identify and apply for financing through a network of third-party funding partners. Fundhub is not a bank and is not a direct lender. We do not make credit decisions, set rates, or disburse funds. All financing decisions, amounts, rates, and terms are determined solely by funding partners based on their own criteria.
Our services are available to U.S.-based businesses and their authorized representatives who are at least 18 years old. By applying, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the business named in the application.
Submitting an application is free and creates no obligation to proceed. The initial review uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. If you later choose to proceed with specific funding partner applications, those partners may perform hard inquiries with your authorization, which can affect your credit score. We will not submit applications that involve a hard inquiry without your consent.
Fees for our services, and the specific protection terms of the 24-Hour Action Guarantee, 72-Hour Application Guarantee, and Funding Guarantee, are set out in the service agreement you sign before any paid engagement begins. Where an engagement includes an upfront deposit, the service agreement states the conditions under which it is returned. The guarantees are commitments about our conduct and effort; they are not a guarantee of credit approval, funding amounts, rates, or terms, which are determined by funding partners.
Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend or a guarantee that any business will qualify for financing. Examples of funding amounts describe the range of outcomes our services address, not promised results for any particular applicant.
By checking the SMS consent box on our application form, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from FUNDHUB LLC about your application and account status at the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Checking the box constitutes your electronic signature.

You agree to provide accurate, current information; to use the site only for lawful purposes; and not to interfere with the operation or security of the site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you.
The site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FUNDHUB LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute site content without our written permission.
Financing is provided by third-party funding partners under their own agreements and terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or terms of any third party. Your relationship with a funding partner is governed by your agreement with that partner.
The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUNDHUB LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold FUNDHUB LLC harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
